Bucs release two more rookies

Tampa Bay continued to massage its roster, giving a pink slip to two more rookies.

Tampa Bay has releaed placekicker Garrett Rivas and linebacker Jerry Mackey.

Neither player was expected to challenge for a spot on the 53-man roster.
